Q: What areas do you service?
A: Dine in services the Temecula Valley and surrounding cities: Murrieta, Fallbrook, Menifee, Sun City, Lake Elsinore, and Perris for breakfast, lunch, and dinner seven days a week. We also offer Corporate Catering for breakfast and lunch Monday - Friday to Hemet, Corona, Moreno Valley, Riverside, and North County areas San Marcos, Escondido, Vista, and Carlsbad. <view map of service areas>
Q: How long does it normally take?
A: Our average quote time is 60 minutes, but we do ask for a 15-minute window to allow for traffic conditions, restaurant prep times and weather. During high volume times we may quote longer. We suggest for Lunch times needed between 11:00 and 12:30 that orders are placed in advance if at all possibly as these times book up quickly. Any and all advance orders are welcome to better guarantee the time you are requesting.
Q: What are the operation times?
A: Breakfast: Monday - Friday 7:00am - 10:00 am. Breakfast requires a 24-hr notice, a $100 minimum order and 18% driver gratuity. Certain restaurants may have time restrictions.
Lunch: Monday - Friday 10:00 am - 2:00 pm. Certain restaurants may not be available for early times. Some items require 24-hour notice.
Dinner: Monday - Thursday 2:00 - 8:00, Friday 2:00 - 8:30, Saturday 3:00 - 8:30, Sunday 3:00 - 8:00 in the Temecula Valley areas only. Weekend Catering: Saturday 8:00 am - 8:30, Sunday 8:00am - 8:00pm. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner drop-off catering available if before normal operational hours. Breakfast requires a 24-hr notice, a $100 minimum order and 18% driver gratuity. Certain restaurants may have time restrictions.
Q: What does the delivery service cost?
A: Depending on your area and restaurant choice your service charge may vary however or main service area charge is only $5.99 with a $20.00 minimum food order, no matter how much you order! Certain areas and restaurants may have higher service charges and restaurant minimums.
Q: What about driver gratuity?
A: All orders have a 15% automatic gratuity applied; 100% of the gratuity goes to the driver. The drivers are self-employed and use their own transportation, gas, and knowledge to strive for perfection on your orders. The gratuity is based on food, house items, service fee, and admin fee. Please make note that the tip is a taxable item due to it being a predetermined charge. All breakfast and off-hour delivery times will require an 18% gratuity.
Q: Can I order from more than one restaurant?
A: Yes, you may -- however we do require the minimum purchase and service charges for each additional restaurant.
Q: What are my payment choices?
A: For corporate accounts, we accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, house accounts, Dine In gift certificates, or company checks (company checks must match the delivery address). For residential or hotel delivery, we accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Dine In gift certificates. We offer a cash discount -- all payments other than cash reflect an administrative fee of 3.99%. We do not accept personal checks or credit card gift cards.
Q: How do I know if we qualify for a House Account?
A: For information on corporate house accounts with Dine In, please call (951) 699-3463 extension 3205 during normal business hours Monday - Friday 9:00 - 5:00.
Q: How does online ordering work?
A: Once you have placed your online order it appears on our dispatch screen within seconds. You should immediately receive a confirmation e-mail as well as a follow-up confirmation phone call. If it is your first online order or you are using a new phone number or address and we are unable to reach you, your order may be cancelled due to inability to contact and confirm. If paying by credit card, the cardholder and card must be present. We take security seriously and have taken all necessary precautions to protect your data.
Q: Can I add on to my order once it is placed?
A: Yes, however... just keep in mind it may delay your order or affect the quality of previous ordered items. We will inform you of this situation if it applies to you.
Q: Can I cancel an order once placed?
A: Yes, if you give us ample notice and the restaurant has not started to prepare your order. Generally a two-hour notice is required, however if the restaurant has already begun to prepare any part of your order, those items will not be able to be cancelled. We do not accept cancellations by e-mail.
Q: Do I have to place my order online?
A: Not at all. We love to talk to our customers so by all means call us during regular operation hours to place your order at (951) 699-DINE Monday - Friday 8:30 - 8:00, Saturday 3:00 - 8:30, or Sunday 3:00 - 8:30.
